Partial Car Wrap

A partial car wrap covers selected panels instead of the whole car. A wrapped roof, bonnet or set of doors works with the factory colour rather than replacing it, and the contrast between film and paint becomes part of the design. It is a good route when the car does not need a full change, or when the budget is better spent on the panels people actually look at.

Partial Car Wrap

A partial car wrap covers selected panels instead of the whole car. It is a good route when the car does not need a full change, or when the budget is better spent on the panels people actually look at.

Businesses use partial wraps as well. Doors and rear panels carry a logo and contact details well, and the rest of the car stays in its original colour. Less film and less labour than a full wrap also means a lower bill, while the covered panels still get the same protection.

Options

  • Roof, bonnet, boot and mirror wraps
  • Racing stripes and side panel graphics
  • Two-tone combinations against the factory colour
  • Door and rear panel branding for business cars
  • Gloss, matte, satin and metallic films, including carbon-look finishes
  • Designed in-house or built from artwork you supply

Good to know

Partial work follows the same process as a full wrap: design and approval, film preparation, installation, then a final inspection. Most cars are with us 2 to 4 days, with smaller panel jobs at the quicker end of that range. The film protects the panels it covers from chips, fading and light scratches, lasts 5 to 7 years with normal care, and removes cleanly when you want the car back to standard. Hand wash with gentle soap and you are looking after it properly.

FAQ

Which panels can be wrapped?

Almost any smooth painted panel: roof, bonnet, boot, doors, mirrors and bumpers are the common ones. Tell us what you are picturing and we will say what works on your car.

Will the wrapped panels look different from the paint?

Film and paint have slightly different finishes, and most partial designs use that on purpose, with contrast as the point. If you want a subtle match instead, we will show you the closest films before anything is cut.

Can I add more panels later?

Yes. Many customers start with a roof or stripes and come back for more. We keep your film choice on file so later work matches.
